I have been training pretty consistently for over 50 years-Lifetime Drug Free/ no PEDs (performance enhancing drugs)/ no HRT (hormone replacement therapy).

My mentor in the strongman world is Grandmaster strongman Dennis Rogers. I have been working with Dennis since 1992.

I have also been under the tutelage of Jay Schroeder the creator of the EVO UltraFit System for training & rehabilitation. Jay's protocols have kept me still able to perform at a high level into my 70s.

Jay Pandolfo

Jay suffered a severe groin/low back injury which can take 18 to 24 months to heal. After 7 weeks of traditional medical treatment, Jay’s progress had stopped. ‘Pando’ was referred to us.
Within 7 days of his 1st ARPwave Strength session, he was skating full speed. 11 days later Jay Pandolfo was back playing full time for the Devils and did not miss another game for the rest of the NHL regular season and Stanley Cup Playoffs.
