- Injuries-- I will help you work THROUGH your old injuries, aches and pains that hamper and restrict your ability to play and train. And you will not have to rely on pain-killing drugs. One of the Major Keys to Life is Movement—as unrestricted and free as possible. Trying to work AROUND injuries only serves to set one up for more injuries.
- Training-- Body Position is the key to Movement. The vast majority of people I come across (including trainers, therapists and doctors) have NEVER been trained to utilize the correct muscles at the correct time to execute even the most basic of movements. This is revolutionary-- improving your performance and limiting injuries.
- Food-- Many contend that 80% of what you see in the mirror is from what you eat- and the other 20% constitutes genetics and exercise. I will present my case regarding the most healthful way to eat that will have the added benefit of making you look as great as you feel.
- Online Training—You will have the option to train ‘live and in person’ or ‘remotely via Skype’. Train with me anywhere you are in the world! Once you learn about our system of elite training, you’ll understand that you do NOT need a gymnasium full of equipment to be in world-class shape.
